Your writing is so engaging. It sounds like my own thoughts in the most resonant way. I appreciate that about your style.

I’ve experienced similar feelings. Different lives of course but I relate to the grief of realizing you were your own cage and now you don’t have that cage so what does it mean? I think you stumbled into your own realization that it’s okay not to know. I also hope you know that your past identity served its purpose it’s now just that you’ve simply outgrown it. And I’ve said previously in a note it’s scary but it’s very exciting!

I think most importantly lean into discovering your joys in life and allowing more fun as you can!

How are you feeling today?

The way you write about identity death is absolutely beautiful!! All this questioning can feel so painful and isolating, but it feels so necessary too. Once you start asking the questions, it becomess hard to stop ahah.

I love your affirmation also: "i do not have to have myself or my identity all figured out before moving forward." Coming back home to ourselves is a lifetime of work. It feels so good to take the pressure out of 'needing to know' right now.
